Land Owner Terms: Ratio - 40% of flats to land owner and 60% to Builder. Refundable Amount 60 Lakhs & Non Refundable Amt 40 Lakhs.
History: Altair Miras Interior designing company paid refundable and non refundable amt to land owner. But due to insufficient funds they stopped this project and they are looking for some builder who can pay them refundable and non refundable amt, get contract from land owner and start this project.
This is what I got from my friend. But I don’t know what’s the real fact. In joint venture it’s very difficult to manage land owners.
